What do my Care Credits get me?
Every 500 Care Credits equal ₹10 off your order. For example, if you spend ₹1,000, you earn 5,000 Credits, which gives you a ₹100 discount on your next purchase!
Are there any requirements for redeeming points?
Yes, to redeem your points:Your order must be at least ₹500.You need to redeem points in increments of 500 (for every 500 Credits, you get ₹10 off).You can redeem up to 20,000 Credits per order (up to ₹400 off).
How do referral rewards work?
For the Referring Customer: When a friend you refer makes their first purchase, you earn 5,000 Care Credits (worth ₹100 off on orders over ₹500).For the Referred Friend: They receive 2,000 Care Credits (worth ₹40 off) on their first purchase, with no minimum purchase required.
Can I combine my rewards with other discounts?
Yes, our rewards can be combined with other order, shipping, and product discounts. However, please note that rewards from sign-ups or social media actions cannot be combined across multiple accounts to prevent abuse.
Do my Care Credits expire?
Currently, Care Credits do not expire. We will keep you updated if any changes are made to this policy in the future.
